Marinate over night.........

Cola (key ingredient...tenderizes meat and carmalizes during cooking and seals in juices)
garlic
oil
spices of your choice


Full Eye of The Round Roast......

secure on spit and pepper rub

Place on High heat for 10 minutes (fat will burn and sometimes catch fire...don't worry)

medium low heat for 40 minutes

remove and rest 30 minutes covered in foil......slice and serve
