Cornbread

Postby Canadiansmoker » Fri Dec 04, 2009 9:38 am

Looking for a general concensus.... Trying to determine if sweet cornbread or dry cornbread is more prefered with a BBQ meal?

Looking forward to your comments. And if anyone has a dynamite reciepe to share that would be welcomed also.

I prefer sweet as well. I've made this recipe a few times and it's been received well:

Very nice, I make mine in mini loaf pans or mini bundt pans for quick cooking. I like the cornstick look as well! Glad you liked it.

We have a surplus store and I saw this cast iron pan for cheap- so I bought it to take camping and do scrambled eggs in. Never took it though because it was too heavy to carry along LOL!! Worked good for the corn bread of course.
