I'm addited to smoking and from London!

Hello I'm new to posting but have came here a few times. I'm from London Ontario and have been grilling my whole life but arround december last year my wife paid for me to take DivaQs classes and since bought a large BGE and have been a seariously addicted smoker since!

I'm a Canuk now living in Bellingham, WA, not far from Vancouver, BC. I just got a Kamado Joe cooker and am really looking forward to doing a lot of smoking on it! All I've done so far is direct grilled a ground chuck burger and they were amazing! The fresh ground check makes a HUGE difference!
