Best Ever Ribs

I tried something a little different with our baby backs this time. I put a dry rub on the ribs and let them sit overnight. Put them on the smoker at 210 and smoked for about 6 hours. I sprayed with apple juice about every hour. I used a mix of apple and cherry wood.

The ribs were so moist and fall off the bone tender that no one would use the barbecue sauce that I had made up as they liked the taste of the ribs without the sauce.

It was damn good sauce also LOL
