Begins Fri July 15

Amat
2 classes, ribs and Gr Pork
$35 entry fee
$250/class prize money in 1st 2nd 3rd
team meeting Sat 8:30

Open Turkey class
Turkey breast fillets. Open to both Pro and amat competitors
$250 prize pool in 1st 2nd 3rd

Some of the teams are organizing an Italian pot luck dinner for Friday night around 8pm. Anyone is welcome to bring something and attend
