Hi Fellow "Qers"!
I've been into southern style bbq for about ten years now - ever since I tried a pulled pork sandwich at a hole-in-the-wall smoke shack in Virginia. Talk about an instant addiction. I've been toying with recipes ever since then. I am really excited to learn ever more tips, tricks, and recipes here. Happy grillin'!

Well, if you can make it, look for the "NOBS" and introduce yourself! There will be a peoples choice on Saturday, get a chance to sample some bbq.
